How accurate is this estimate?
It's an honest starting point: your area × the package rate, with a ±7% band. The firm price comes from a detailed Bill of Quantities prepared after soil investigation and structural drawings — the same process we follow with every client.
What does the per-sq.ft rate include?
Complete design (2D plans, 3D elevation, structural, electrical and plumbing drawings), the full civil structure, flooring, bathrooms, electrical, plumbing, doors, windows and painting as per your chosen package specification.
What's excluded from the rate?
Land, GST, statutory approvals, TNEB and water connections, compound wall and gate, sump and septic tank, landscaping, lift, and loose furniture/interiors. These are estimated separately, in writing, before you sign.
How is built-up area calculated?
On outer wall dimensions, floor by floor. If you only know your plot size, our calculator assumes roughly 65% ground coverage per floor — your architect refines this with the actual design.
