Then we build it with the discipline the design deserves: M25 designed-mix concrete, branded steel and cement, and finishes chosen by name — never "or equivalent" surprises.

What does house construction cost per sq.ft in Coimbatore?
In Coimbatore, quality construction typically runs from around ₹2,000/sq.ft for standard specifications to ₹3,500+/sq.ft for luxury finishes. House of Raha builds only in the premium and luxury band: our packages are Silver ₹2,250, Gold ₹2,580, Platinum ₹2,980 and Signature ₹3,300 per sq.ft (ex GST), each with exact materials and brands published.
Do you provide the design, or do I need my own architect?
Design is included and architect-led — 2D floor plans, 3D elevation, good-for-construction drawings, RCC drawings, and electrical & plumbing drawings, all prepared in-house under our founder-architect Swetha Krishnamoorthy.
How long does it take to build a house?
It depends on size and design — an independent G+1 home typically takes 9 to 14 months. Your agreement includes a committed schedule, and you track progress through your live site camera, WhatsApp group and biweekly review calls.
How do I know the quality is what was promised?
Three ways: every material brand is named in your agreement (TATA steel, Ultratech cement, Jaquar or Kohler fittings — not 'or equivalent' surprises); a live camera runs on your site around the clock; and a dedicated site supervisor and project engineer are answerable to you at any time.
Do you build only luxury homes?
We serve the premium and luxury segment — homes where design, materials and finish matter. If that's the home you want, whether 1,500 sq.ft or 5,000 sq.ft, we'd love to build it.
Is vastu followed in your designs?
Yes — vastu-compliant planning is part of our design process wherever the site allows, including room placement, entrances and pooja spaces.
