Package FAQs
Are these rates fixed, or will the price change later?
The package rate is the basis of your preliminary estimate. After soil investigation and structural drawings, you receive a detailed Bill of Quantities and a firm contract price — variation is expected within ±7%, driven by soil bearing capacity, design detailing and site conditions.
Do the package rates include GST?
Rates are exclusive of GST. Statutory charges — plan sanction, TNEB and water connections, stamp duty — are payable at actuals and listed clearly in your estimate.
What is not included in the package rate?
Compound wall and gate, sump, septic tank, rainwater harvesting, landscaping, furniture and loose interiors, lift, soil investigation, and designer elevation treatments are priced separately — the full list is published on this page, so there are no surprises.
How many electrical points are included?
Every package includes 5 points per 100 sq.ft of built-up area. Additional points requested by you are charged at ₹3,000 per point.
Can I upgrade individual items within a package?
Yes. Tile, fixture and door budgets are stated per package (e.g. floor tile wallet of ₹35–₹100/sq.ft) — you can upgrade any line by paying the difference, with prior written approval on brand substitutions.
